Claire joined the Recruit & Consult team with a hospitality background and a business degree majoring in hotel management.
She had a love for hotels from a young age and a curiosity about real estate and property which landed her with a specialist real estate and property recruitment agency.
Working in hotels in Sydney and London, Claire loved that no day is ever the same and you are constantly meeting and interacting with new people. She is a good listener and communicator, and her previous work experience in such intensive customer-centric roles has enabled her to develop many transferable skills and steer her career down the recruitment path.
From her initial role as a Team Administrator to her current position as Recruitment Manager, Claire has undergone a remarkable transition within Recruit & Consult. Her focus has evolved to encompass all aspects of operations and behind-the-scenes management, reflecting her dedication to providing comprehensive support to the team and guiding job seekers in shaping their careers. Claire’s role extends far beyond traditional recruitment tasks, from managing supplier relationships and overseeing onboarding, to driving process optimisation and providing career guidance. Claire ensures that both internal operations and external support are consistently top-notch.
