We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to step into a true 360 role, managing live vacancies from day one while continuing to build and grow their own desk. Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own client portfolio
- Generate new business opportunities and attend client meetings
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Write ads, shortlist and interview candidates
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Achieve revenue targets and grow your desk
