About the role:
Join an experienced and collaborative Property Management team managing a clean residential portfolio of approx. 175 properties. With ingoings handled for you and abundant admin support, this role allows you to focus on building strong landlord and tenant relationships while taking ownership of your portfolio.
- Manage rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and quotes
- Prepare for and attend NCAT as required
- Handle bond claims and insurance matters
- Work closely with landlords on tenant selection

Experience required: - Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Residential Property Management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Driver’s licence and reliable car
- Stable work history and team-focused attitude
