About the role:
This newly created role has been designed to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of an established and growing real estate business. Working closely with the Directors, you will become the operational backbone of the company leading the team, refining systems and ensuring the business runs efficiently.
- Manage staff performance, recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee compliance across CPD, AML, privacy and sales files
- Handle escalated client matters and office operations
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Attend leadership meetings and support business growth
- Help drive growth into the sales team
- Mentor and train staff to ensure they are set up for success

Experience required: - Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Leadership and people management experience
- Strong understanding of real estate compliance
- Confident managing sensitive conversations and information
- Highly organised with a proactive leadership style
- Drivers license and a reliable car
